Observation

Licensor observed in the NIDO classrooms hanging mobiles on the walls were cribs are placed and above a soft area mat. The mobiles are equipped with strings, are accessible to children, and capable of forming a loop. (2)(c) Licensor observed in several locations at the bottom of the outdoor chain link fence sharp wire ends, and a pipe protruding from the building accessible to children in the NIDO, Toddler Community, and Children's House outdoor play areas. The chain link fence and pipe is of metal material, posing a risk of cuts, abrasions and punctures. (3)(a) Licensor observed in the NIDO and Toddler Community outdoor play area, exposed cement and uneven ground where the sidewalks connect, that pose a tripping hazard to children. (3)(e) Licensor observed in the NIDO, Toddler Community and Children's House classrooms high wall mounted storage selves with stored unsecured materials accessible to children, that pose a risk of falling. Licensor observed in Toddler Community classrooms children’s individual storage cubbies unanchored and accessible to children posing a risk of tipping. (3)(f) Licensor observed in NIDO, Toddler Community and Children's House classrooms outlets near sinks not to be equipped with fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlets. (5)(b)
